Hike Details:

All kinds of animals live in the woods and fields around us, but most are too wary, too rare, or not active in the daytime so we very rarely see them.  However, as they go about hunting for food, mates or good hiding places, they leave signs of their activities on the ground and in the trees and other vegetation.

Animal tracking and behavior expert Linda Spielman has kindly agreed to lead a spring outing for CTC.  Linda has 30 years of experience tracking animals and observing their behaviors and is the author of A Field Guid to Tracking Mammals in the Northeast. Being in the woods with Linda any time of year is an incredible opportunity to learn about the animals around us!

Trailhead Location/Details
