Detailed Hike Description
The hikes tonight will take us through Treman State Park on the Finger Lakes Trail, rather than the more-traveled Rim and Gorge Trails.
There will be a short hike option led by Polley McClure, and a long hike option led by Charlie Strohman. The short hike will go at a slower pace to enjoy the flora and whatever wildflowers still are present, and will go as far as the group wishes, then turn around and return to the cars. Hikers on the long hike will go at a faster pace and will go as far as the bridge spanning Fish Kill Creek, then head back downhill to the cars.
If you will have trouble navigating to the trailhead, email the hike leader at the addresses above.
