HIKE DESCRIPTION
The Six Mile Creek Natural Area, owned by the City of Ithaca, includes both sides of the creek from Giles Street upstream to Burns Rd. In this hike, we’ll explore trails on both sides of the creek, plus some off-trail areas. This will be a challenging hike, with steep scrambles!
We’ll meet in the parking lot of the Mulholland Wildflower Preserve off Giles St.
Hiking poles are strongly recommended. Prepare for sun and bugs, and bring water and a snack.
