The bike ride is 17 miles, gentle slope. The hike is 3 miles, moderate, 500 ft elevation gain.

Hike Details:
Start and finish at the Black Diamond trailhead near Children’s Garden. We will depart at 8:45am (note early start). We will bike to the end of the trail at Taughannock State Park where we will leave our bikes (bring lock!) and hike around the Taughannock Rim Loop and then return to the start on our bikes.
Those not wanting to bike could meet the group at the new parking lot at Taughannock and just join the hike.
There are usually bike share bikes at Cass Park if you don’t have a bike.
