There is a small parking lot at this trailhead (click for map). Go east on Rt 79, through the small village of Slaterville Springs and immediately after the bridge over the West Branch of the Owego Creek, turn left onto Robinson Hollow Rd. Continue 0.3 miles to the trailhead parking which is on the left side of the road.

Hike Details:
Start & finish at the parking area near 55 Robinson Hollow Rd. Both short and long versions of this hike start with a 1.2 mile (2.4 round trip) hike to the Kimmie leanto. The short hike returns to the start. Ascent and descent will be 170 ft. The long option continues with a 3 mile path that passes a beaver pond and follows a lovely stream and ravine, turning around at Harford Slaterville Rd. to return. The terrain is moderate but we will be gaining/ losing around 500 ft of elevation.
