Detailed Hike Description
Embark on an adventure through Jenksville State Forest, nestled in serene Tioga County close to the quiet hamlet of Speedsville. Our journey will traverse the multiuse blue, red and yellow trails, meandering through a delightful blend of forests and a historic spruce plantation dating back to 1940. Along the way, enjoy a stunning vista of the surrounding terrain. We only ascend to 1490 feet, with a series of gentle ascents and descents. As these trails are shared, we might cross paths with horseback riders and enthusiastic cyclists tackling the terrain on their fat tire and mountain bikes.
