Start and end at the Flat Rock parking area across the street from the Cornell Botanic Gardens Arboretum.  4.5 miles.

After crossing the Stevens Suspension Bridge to the north side of Fall Creek, we’ll hike 3 loops up and down the steep/high bank of Fall Creek, with our route forming the shape of a pretzel.  The pace will be moderate, but the terrain makes this a strenuous hike – a workout for holiday season!

It’s late fall, so come prepared!  Wear sturdy hiking boots, layered warm clothing, bring traction footwear (Microspikes, Stabilicers, Nanospikes, etc) and/or snowshoes if conditions warrant, and carry water and a snack.  Hiking poles are strongly, strongly recommended.
